Job Description
Bally Sports' mission is to build a transformative, participatory sports platform, anchored by the most exclusive and relevant live professional games, that provides fans a year-round opportunity to engage with content and communities they are most passionate about. We are looking for an executive with deep DTC partnerships and marketing experience to help test, build and manage growth efforts, inclusive of offers, bundles, pricing, brand partnerships and other initiatives that drive Bally Sports+ subscriptions and product engagement.

Director, Partnerships & Pricing, Bally Sports+
• Responsible for Partnerships & Pricing function of Bally Sports+ including the development of brand and business partnerships, offer development and management and creating new and transformative ways to sell and bundle Bally Sports+ across the digital and consumer ecosystem
• Build, lead and mentor the Partnerships & Pricing team
• Evaluate, form and expand relationships with partners, brands, like-minded streamers and more who can enable Bally Sports+ to grow awareness, cultural relevance and more importantly subscriptions through marketing, sales and other programs
• Model and analyze business impact of potential partnerships and programs and make recommendations to Leadership on strategic direction
• Evaluate and propose shorter term, targeted acquisition and retention offers that drive consumer value
• Work across teams to identify opportunities within the streaming, sports and digital landscape to create bundles and other offerings that add significant consumer value
• Collaborate with RSN, DTC Team Marketing and Bally Sports+ pro teams to formulate and launch team-specific and other regional offers that drive signups
• Propose longer term partners that may drive engagement with a younger demographic of sports fans
• Have the right data and context to properly support and advise teams on overall strategy, specific deals and offer performance
• Actively work with non-team partners to influence their marketing plans and execution including analyzing marketing channels, target audiences and campaign performance
• Facilitate rapid and flexible test & learn strategy
• Work cross functionally and collaboratively across all teams to exceed goals

Requirements:
• Minimum of 12 years overall experience
• MBA preferred
• Demonstrated success in developing partnerships and driving customer growth for a prominent DTC brand/ SVOD platform preferred
• Experience in using data and analytics for decision making and using insights to rally an organization around your strategy. You know how to identify and interpret the right data to build business cases that grow the business
• Superb partner management skills
• Experience building and leading small to medium size teams
• Ability to influence internal and external senior management to drive programs forward
• Passion for the digital media landscape
• Adept at liaising with multiple stakeholders and thrive in matrixed environments
• Point of view on the future of sports and platforms/distribution models that are desirable to sports fans
