Job Description
Bally Sports' mission is to build a transformative, participatory sports platform, anchored by the most exclusive and relevant live professional games, that provides fans a year-round opportunity to engage with content and communities they are most passionate about. We are looking for a marketing executive with deep lifecycle marketing experience to help manage and grow engagement and retention efforts for Bally Sports+. This individual will build and lead a talented team to improve engagement, retention, reduce churn and monetization of subscribers through all CRM functions including email, push notifications, in-app, and cross-promotion. The team will work alongside Product Development, Marketing and other stakeholders to build out a successful strategy.

Bally Sports+ - Director Customer Strategy:
• Build and develop Customer Strategy team
• Build thoughtful and data-driven roadmap for development and launch of initiatives, new technologies, programs and CRM efforts that drive customer engagement and retention and overall health of audiences
• Lead development of onboarding, engagement and churn-prevention strategies across CRM, On and off channel marketing and within product channels
• Identify new growth opportunities to establish Bally Sports+ as best-in-class when it comes to Lifecycle marketing
• Oversee, develop and manage content marketing campaigns across the subscriber lifecycle leveraging email, in-product, web and other messaging channels
• Own the creation and development of a unified content marketing calendar and messaging guidelines for lifecycle campaigns
• Work closely with Product, Data and Operations to create processes, measurement and relationships to drive relevant and impactful messaging programs
• Communicate wins and learnings
• Facilitate comprehensive test & learn strategy
• Work cross functionally and collaboratively across all teams to exceed goals

Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years overall experience
• MBA preferred
• Demonstrated success in driving customer retention for a prominent DTC brand/ SVOD platform preferred
• Successfully built, scaled and led high performing marketing teams, specifically for a digital brand
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Track record of creating content marketing, customer campaigns that drive feature adoption and product usage
• Strong project management and timeline management skills
• Passion for the digital media landscape and understands the intricacies and distinct nuances of every step in the marketing funnel.
• Adept at liaising with multiple stakeholders and thrive in matrix environments
• Point of view and interest in new developments within the sports industry
