Bally Sports' mission is to build a transformative, participatory sports platform, anchored by the most exclusive and relevant live professional games, that provides fans a year-round opportunity to engage with content and communities they are most passionate about. We are looking for a marketing executive with deep brand marketing experience to help manage and grow brand and campaign marketing efforts for Bally Sports+. This individual will build and lead a talented team that will lead efforts that drive brand awareness and consideration and cultural buzz. The team will work closely with Bally Sports Marketing and other divisions to best achieve brand goals.
Bally Sports+ - Director, Brand & Marketing Campaigns
• Build and develop Bally Sports+ brand and marketing campaign development and management team and efforts
• Build product positioning, brand architecture and foundation upon which a comprehensive brand narrative can be created
• Develop and lead larger calendar of marketing and campaign initiatives that pulse at key demand and cultural sports moments throughout the year
• Partner with teams, leagues, and other entities to build marketing campaigns that breaks through culture and drives awareness and consideration of Bally Sports+
• Partner with Creative Marketing to see through all campaigns
• Recommend and execute on larger service social media effort and propose ways to best reach current and prospective fans across social, digital, audio and other channels
• Partner with Product Development to ensure all aspects of the brand positioning are reflected within the customer experience
• Lead relationships with internal and external brand and creative agencies
• Work cross functionally and collaboratively across all teams to exceed goals
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years overall experience
• Demonstrated success in building impactful, progressive marketing programs and creative for a DTC brand, preferably one within the sports industry
• Successfully built, scaled and led high performing marketing teams, specifically for a digital brand

The base salary compensation range for this role is $190,000 to $200,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
