We're looking for an experienced Analyst of Pricing & Promotions who will support and execute the go-to-market strategy for pricing, packaging, and promotions across the Bally Sports+ product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have excellent cross-functional skills as they'll work closely with the Marketing, Partnerships, and Product teams to build and execute plan, pricing, and promotional strategies to ensure Bally Sports+ surpasses its subscriber and revenue goals. This role will require both a strategic and creative thinker who is passionate about identifying new and transformative ways to package and sell Bally Sports+.
What you'll do:
• Determine impact of pricing and packaging strategies that optimizes subscribers, revenue, and long-term enterprise value
• Provide analysis based on market intelligence that will influence future plan and pricing strategy
• Support go-to-market for all Bally Sports+ promotional offers, pricing, and plan changes to ensure flawless execution across all departments and channels
• Work cross-functionally with the Partnerships and Marketing teams in optimizing pricing and promotional offers for partnership deals and regional offers.
• Work closely with Data Analytics and Finance teams to analyze business decisions and communicate and align on anticipated subscriber and P&L impacts from pricing and packaging recommendations
What to bring:
• 2+ years in pricing strategy, product marketing, or growth roles at a direct-to-consumer, digital subscription, or e-commerce company
• Experience building go-to-market strategies from the ground up with a track record of showing exponential YOY growth
• Solid understanding of the SVOD and transactional digital video business to build a multi-year packaging and promotional roadmap
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex data, influence others and build relationships at all levels of seniority

The base salary compensation range for this role is $75,000 to $95,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
