BaAM is a team of event experts specializing in high-profile sports and entertainment experiences. We’re the production force behind world-class projects globally and we’re currently seeking a detail-driven and collaborative Mobilization Manager to coordinate and execute mobilization activities across multiple venues.
In this role, you will ensure staff are trained, accredited, equipped, and supported for seamless on-site deployment. Success in this role will be defined by your ability to manage logistics, build clear processes, and keep teams informed and ready to deliver.

JOB TYPE: Permanent, Full Time
HOURS: 40 hours per week

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: English Required, French and Spanish a Bonus but not mandatory

WORK SETTINGS: Office and on site at venue(s)
COMPENSATION: $92,000 to $100,000 per year
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage staff travel logistics and contingency planning
- Oversee outfitting, accreditation, and site readiness requirements
- Develop and coordinate pre-mobilization training programs
- Support delivery of site office infrastructure and resources
- Maintain mobilization databases, communications, and reporting
- Promote conference and meeting services or special events
- Assist in budget preparation
- Co-ordinate and monitor conference and meeting activities and attend to related details
- Implement social programs, food and beverage, transportation, and other services
- Plan and arrange for accommodation and transportation services
- Plan schedules, goals and objectives
- Plan for required documentation and for pre- and post-distribution of documentation (itineraries, evaluations etc.)
- Research and design special events programs
- Plan for social events and guest programs
- Develop policies and procedures and attend to other management responsibilities
- Manage Event Logistics

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s Degree in Sports Management or Equivalent.
- Former experience supporting large-scale event planning is a mandatory requirement.
- 5–8 years’ experience in training/adult education or event workforce preparation.
- Previous experience in international travel management and event logistics is required.
- Proficiency in MS Word/Excel; excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of soccer rules and regulations; coaching accreditation licensing a bonus.
- Ability to lead under pressure, problem-solve, and manage multiple priorities.
