Overview
Overview: Audacy's New 94.7 the Block is seeking a part-time weekly Public Affairs Show host. Strong NYC/NJ community ties, lifestyle, and local political, civic connections are a must, with a focus on issues affecting communities of color.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Produce a weekly 30 minute public affairs talk show as directed by WXBK Brand Manager.
• Show will be pre-produced, but may necessitate live broadcasts on occasion.
• Appearances at station events or participation in station community initiatives as directed.
• Audacy reserves the right to re-purpose on-air content throughout various company platforms (digital/podcasts, etc)

Qualifications

More about you:
• Willingness to adhere to Audacy guidelines and FCC rules.
• Undergraduate College Degree or related Communications, Media and/or on-air experience.
• Ability to write and edit with strong interviewing skills are a must.
