WTIC-AM Talk Show Host (Hartford)Overview
Connecticut's premiere NewsTalk radio station, WTIC-AM, is looking for a Talk Show Host.
Responsibilities
Candidates must be able to keep listeners entertained and up-to-date with conversation on general topics, issues, politics, local and national news. We are looking for a host that can intelligently communicate their opinion, can relate to the audience, knows how to use humor and wants listener's to participate in the show via calls.
The target audience of the show/program is Men 25-54 who are educated, information seekers. This is a union position. Qualifications
About You:
• Past radio experience preferred
• Be prepared to supply audio samples upon request
• A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance is required.
