Overview

Audacy has an immediate opening for a (Temporary Assignment) Sr. Operational Systems Analyst, to support our programming and technical operations teams. Positions can be remote or based in our corporate office in Philadelphia.

In order to be considered for the remote role, you must be based in a market where Audacy is based.

This assignment is estimated to last 6 months.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Manage helpdesk offering support for Automation, MusicMaster and other integrated systems in markets for programming and technical operations
• Manage and work directly with vendors for escalation of problems
• Manage software upgrades for markets
• Manage setup and expansion of integrated systems in markets
• Provide training to markets for new staff and new functionality
• Travel to markets to work on specific projects and provide troubleshooting support
• Ability to provide on-call status 24/7 in case of equipment failure

Qualifications

More About You:

Required & Preferred:
• Minimum of 5 years broadcast engineering and/or broadcast IT experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong, proven time management skills including ability to multi-task in a multiple project environment
• Experience in project planning, management and execution
• IT & Networking knowledge and experience
• Strong PC/Mac skills including proficiency with MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with computer-based audio storage systems. (Scott Studios/Google/WOAFR Preferred)
• Experience with computer-based music scheduling systems. (MusicMaster Preferred)
• Experience with broadcast studio systems (Axia Livewire preferred)
• Must have at least 4 years of college or technical school and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Additional Information

The anticipated starting base salary range for California-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $70,000 to $100,000 (ANNUAL). Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
