Overview

Audacy is looking for an experienced Sr. Director of Ad Tech Product Management to join our team, and help us build the future of ad tech for our fast growing cross-platform audio/podcast business. Our team serves as the connective tissue between our sales, operations, vendors, and technical teams, and we are looking for results-oriented team players that can help us accelerate our roadmap of critical advertising capabilities

The anticipated starting salary range for NYC-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $180,000-200,000.

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Support Auday's current ad tech stack and evolve the stack/capabilities to empower more targeted, and more efficient advertising campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and automate workflows to drive efficiencies within Audacy's advertising operations.
• Recommend, develop, prioritize and implement ad tech product requirements/user stories in collaboration with key business stakeholders, tech platform partners/vendors, and development teams.
• Own the roadmap for platform initiatives and ensure timely delivery holding vendors and tech platform partners accountable.
• Clearly translate and articulate tech requirements, risks, gaps, and issues to tech partners/vendors and their development teams as they build capabilities and fix issues, including APIs, data pipelines/integrations.
• Partner with our internal Ad Product team to assess/develop tech product requirements and oversee execution to support and enable GTM strategy for new data enabled ad products and programmatic partnerships.
• Thoughtfully prioritize business needs balancing revenue opportunity or operational efficiencies with resourcing and level of effort to ensure we are successfully delivering the most impactful capabilities.
• Partner with our internal Business Process Operations & Training team to help map Pitch to Pay processes to ensure tech is deployed in support of people/processes and with the appropriate training curriculum to ensure adoption.
• Foster relationships with key tech platform partners and foster new relationships with key tech vendors who can add value to our stack.
• Provide executive updates on roadmaps and key initiatives on a regular cadence.
• Lead members of our internal Ad Platforms team - fostering a culture of collaboration, learning and growth.
• Partner with the SVP to develop and improve internal product best practices for requirements intake, analysis/user story development, backlog management and prioritization and foster a product mindset on the team.

Qualifications

More About You:

Required & Preferred:
• 10+ years leading technical product management with at least 4 years in digital ad tech.
• 3+ years of experience managing an ad technology team.
• Working experience managing programmatic integrations and implementing SSPs.
• Working experience with DMPs and 1st/3rd Party data solutions.
• Working experience managing vendor relationships.
• Cross-functional leader / collaborative: Audacy is a highly matrixed organization, and ability to navigate and drive results from cross-functional teams is critical.
• Curious: Industry is rapidly changing and we are solving hard problems, being curious and open to new ideas and solutions is vital.
