Overview

Audacy is looking for a self-motivated, passionate, and collaborative Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to work in the Ad Tech Products and Platforms team within the Revenue Organization.

This role will involve collaborating with multiple teams such as Sales, Finance, Marketing, Planning and Operations, Technology etc. to drive and deliver BI solutions. You will help the Audacy Revenue Operations business leverage data, identify opportunities for improvement, spot trends, as well as recognise potential issues and offer solutions aimed towards improving data quality and efficiency, increasing productivity, and driving better data driven decision making for the business. You would be responsible for owning and leading your Business Intelligence projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Review, validate and optimize data collected from different sources to ensure integrity of data
• Gather, document and prioritize end user reporting and dashboard requirements
• Drive report automation for recurring asks and reduce redundancies to achieve efficiencies
• Develop dashboards and reports in support of effective business decision making
• Validate data/reports against expected outcomes
• Understand existing tech/data infrastructure and challenges, and recommend improvements/solutions that can be implemented in a phased manner
• Coordinate with internal Technology and Vendor teams to deliver data solutions
• Communicate insights to senior management
• Develop Roadmaps and Project plans to implement your insights and recommendations
• Play an active role in strategic & operational planning discussions
• Maintain documentation of BI processes/dashboards/metrics
• Create data process flows and systems diagrams

Qualifications

More About You:

Required & Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or related discipline/experience
• 5 - 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence Analytics/Reporting
• Proficient at extracting/analyzing data using SQL and experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
• Skilled at using DOMO, Tableau and other BI Tools for data connectivity, sharing insights, building dashboards/reports and self-serve analytics
• Strong skills in manipulating data in Excel
• Ability to deep dive into technical and data integrity issues with a thorough architectural understanding of the underlying products/platforms
• Ability to gather and prioritize requirements by interacting with multiple stakeholders across various departments in the organization
• Proven analytical and quantitative skills with an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analyses
• Ability to work with multiple competing priorities
• Experienced in managing stakeholder expectations
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, being flexible and willing to jump in and do whatever it takes to be successful

Additional Information

Pay Transparency:

The anticipated starting salary range for NYC based individuals expressing interest in this position is $140,000-180,000. Ideal location for this position is New York. Philadelphia or remote will also be considered.

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
