Overview

Audacy is seeking an organized, detail oriented and outgoing professional to support our Promotions + Experiences team in promotions, contesting and prize fulfillment in the Tri-State Region.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
• Maintain regional contest and promotions calendar
• Execute contesting and promotions in the region
• Manage prizing and winner fulfillment process
• Coordinate with internal departments and third-party partners on prize and promotion details
• Develop and maintain relationships with concert partners, local venues, and record label representatives
• Work with the digital department on social media copy, graphic design (including, ADMATs) in conjunction with regional contests and promotions
• Write material terms for station contests, and work alongside Regional Contest Director on larger station promotions
• Follow all legal contesting requirements and disclosures with support from legal
• Manage department compliance including but not limited to posting contest rules, material terms, maintaining contest files, and promotional agreements within company policy
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and Brand Managers on promotion ideation for client and brand initiatives
• Other duties assigned by manager

Qualifications

Skills/Attributes
• First-rate organizational skills are a must to succeed in this position
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and multi-task
• Experience using Microsoft® Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Knowledge of promotion software, including but not limited to Vibes (mobile contesting), Second Street (web contesting and user-generated content engine) and PromoSuite (promotion management software)
• Occasional night or weekend work

Required:
• • Two years' experience executing marketing and promotions campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred and/or equivalent experience and training
