Promotions Manager - Concerts & Experiences

Job Description

Audacy is looking to add a talented, versatile radio promotions pro to our central Promotions + Experiences team. This individual will focus on promotional partnerships with concert partners, activating live performance venues, and play a vital role in live events across the company's portfolio of brands.

Full Time; Reports to Promotion Director, Concerts + Experiences
• • Job Description:
• Manage ticket allotments for giveaways and hospitality
• Maintain, coordinate, and schedule Audacy performance venues in conjunction with Programming, Digital, and Facilities teams in select markets
• Fulfill performance venue sponsorship activations
• Oversee national concert contesting calendar
• Responsible for all Corporate and local market/station communication for concert contesting & ticket allotments
• Create all marketing copy for teasers and contesting promos
• Draft national contest rules and collaborate with legal on agreements
• Approves all station-written copy, locally produced promos, digital assets
• Coordinates with the digital department on social media copy, graphic design (including, ADMATs)
• Responsible for winner management and prize fulfillment including any travel arrangements and itineraries
• Ensure all marketing, promotions, web contests launch on time with all needs/timelines
• Collaborate with Promotions + Experiences Team on Event Production for Audacy signature events
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications:
• First-rate organizational skills are a must to succeed in this position
• Demonstrating oral and written communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Ability to produce results in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
• Experience with managing contracts, including negotiating deal terms
• P roficient in promotion software, including but not limited to Vibes (mobile contesting), Second Street (web contesting and user-generated content engine), and PromoSuite
