Overview

We are looking for a programming coordinator to work closely with our content operations team to develop, manage and oversee dynamic daily schedules for various multimedia projects. As a team member of the video and content operations group you will be involved in every aspect of the production process from conception, scheduling and deployment to various platforms.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Coordinate the delivery of final broadcast assets including Live and VOD.
• Oversee the daily calendars on various linear channels
• Be a key point of contact for product owners and 3rd party distribution partners
• Work closely with editorial and design teams to develop bespoke top tier overlays
• Optimize and develop the ad technology strategy and programming
• Be available to work 4-8 shifts a year on weekends to support additional production initiatives.

Qualifications

More About You:

Required:
• 1-3 years' experience program manager for OTT and MVPD, FAST channels delivery highly preferred
• Have experience specifically using platforms like Wurl, Amagi, BitCentral, LTN Schedule a plus
• Understanding of HTML, XML and RSS Feeds is a plus.
• Experience with metadata manifests a plus
• Sound design and color correction work experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of PC & Mac operating systems.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with producers and fellow editors
• Available to work weekends on occasion as needed
• Creative mind in a fast-paced working environment
• Sports backgrounds a plus
