Overview

Audacy is seeking a Legal Specialist to join our in house legal department team.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Supporting Audacy's Legal Department with drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, letters agreements, and contracts, with attorney oversight.
• Managing documents and systems, and tracking contracts and action dates.
• Setting up conference rooms and catering for in person meetings. Set up Zoom meetings for the team as needed.
• Gathering and organizing documents and information to assist with specific cases, subpoena responses, and/or internal business requests.
• Compiling and arranging materials for meetings.
• Preparing and managing expense reports and invoices in Concur for members of the legal team.
• Assisting with special projects as needed.
• Sending out FedEx orders, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and tracking to ensure delivery.
• Working with the Accounts Payable Department to process legal invoices.
• Performing various administrative duties for the Legal Department.

Qualifications

About You:
• Ability to work independently.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace environment.
• Exceptional initiative, judgment, prioritizing and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail and PowerPoint.
• Law firm or in-house legal department experience preferred.
