Overview

The Director of Audience and Content Insights is responsible for providing the reporting and insights on how Audacy's active users and listeners are consuming content and engaging with Audacy's digital properties. They will partner with the Business Intelligence team to establish the key metrics, dashboards and recommendations that enable key business stakeholders across marketing, content/editorial, video, market operations and product to make data-informed decisions and optimizations to increase audience growth, engagement, customer loyalty and product/content satisfaction.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Partner with Business Intelligence team to establish KPIs and reporting to support Audacy's digital goals including audience growth, content performance, and listenership
• Establish audience cohort and conversion funnel reporting to identify the most valuable users on Audacy's digital platforms and the actions that drive their loyalty
• Partner with Business Intelligence, Marketing and Finance teams to standardize CLV (Customer Lifetime Value) reporting
• Track and provide reporting on inbound referrals from key content distribution partners
• Own the monthly reporting and relationship with comScore, managing strategy with Sales
• Be proactive in identifying and sharing trends
• Support digital teams with ad hoc reporting requests, providing measurable strategic insights
• Evaluate new BI tools that enable better democratization of data and user insights
• Empower all members across the company to access and understand our data, leverage it to discover new opportunities and make better decisions

Qualifications

More About You:

Required and Preferred:
• 5-7 years of experience with web or mobile app analytics in a data-driven environment
• Expert knowledge of reporting tools, campaign tracking, tagging, and testing, including: comScore, Google Analytics, Triton, Snowflake, Domo, Branch, etc.
• Extensive experience interpreting and ''telling stories with the data,'' communicating analyses and fielding questions from range of stakeholders (i.e. leadership, editorial, product, marketing, sales, etc)
• Strong balance between analytical and editorial thinking
• Effective relationship management
• Highly organized
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to successfully partner with multiple stakeholders
• An entrepreneurial mindset and flexible team player
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Experience in audio or digital media industries a plus
