Overview

Audacy is seeking a full time Director, Business Process Operations and Training to work on the Ad Tech Products and Platforms team within its Revenue Organization. Primary responsibilities include reviewing, developing and maintaining complex business operations workflows for the various Digital revenue streams, and building and developing the corresponding training materials for new team members and continued education for current teams that support and manage Audacy's digital business to drive efficiencies and streamline the business. This position will form close partnerships across all areas of the digital business to drive forward BPO priorities and operational processes as new products go to market. Initially, this is an individual contributor director-level role with the intention of developing and growing a small team in the future. The ideal candidate will have a track-record of driving operational success and scale, with expert knowledge of the technologies and organizational structures needed to drive results and operational excellence. You are proactive, a builder, a self-starter, a leader, and a mentor. This position reports to the SVP, Business Transformation Strategy & Operations.

We are happy to consider candidates in any location for this (remote/hybrid) position so long as they reside within reasonable commuting distance to one of our markets.

The anticipated starting salary range for New York City-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $170,000 to $190,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Responsible for managing, improving and implementing workflows to support Pitch to Pay processes (from media planning through order management and fulfillment to invoicing).
• Translate complex processes to training materials that orient and explain the defined steps from Pitch to Pay.
• Build and develop training materials that can be centralized, updated and distributed as needed to both new and existing Revenue Organization team members.
• Support initiatives defined by Audacy Digital Leadership to improve operational efficiencies across the organization.
• Partner closely with Digital Revenue Operations teams, Ad Operations, Digital Product/Fulfillment, Data teams, Engineering, Finance teams to establish and improve GTM processes.
• Support and report on established KPIs to drive outcomes and improve business performance.
• Be a contributor to identify opportunities or gaps within the business and evaluate advancements in process

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex initiatives, delivering on operation objectives/outcomes
• Expert-level ability to scale, train, define and manage the deployment of new processes and solutions across teams and the organization
