Overview

Audacy is looking for an experienced ad product manager to join our team, and help us build the future of programmatic advertising for our fast growing cross-platform audio business. Our team serves as the connective tissue between our sales, operations, and technical teams, and we are looking for results-oriented team players that can help us accelerate our roadmap of critical advertising capabilities.

The anticipated starting salary range for New York based individuals expressing interest in this position is $180,000-$200,000

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Own the roadmap for development and delivery of Audacy's programmatic offerings, including:
• Partnering closely with Sales to understand their needs in the marketplace, and translate those into product requirements for both internal and external technical stakeholders.
• Work closely with our internal ad tech and platforms team to create technical product requirements that can be executed against by our technical platform partners.
• Monitor status of our development initiatives, and actively participate in solutioning with technical teams, bringing a business perspective to these scenarios.
• Work in partnership with internal business partners to develop business cases for new products and capabilities. Actively participate in the process to prioritize projects based on business needs / opportunity and resource requirements.
• Working with our sales enablement teams, be able to clearly communicate the detailed capabilities and limitations of products, both live and in development. Establish thoughtful policies that balance opportunity for revenue capture with ability to execute efficiently and effectively.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and automate workflows to drive efficiencies within Audacy's advertising operations.
• Understand and monitor the competitive landscape of the audio industry.
• Support the ad products and tech organization in the establishment and refinement of processes to properly govern and communicate our roadmaps within the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading ad product management, delivering on objectives/outcomes
• Cross-functional leader / collaborative: Audacy is a highly matrixed organization, and ability to navigate and drive results from cross-functional teams is critical.
