Overview

The Coordinator, Podcast Promo and Campaign Management will work alongside colleagues in the Podcast Marketing team to monitor media plans on our owned and operated podcast promo inventory and optimize our promotional messages across both O&O channels and with external partners.The Coordinator will work alongside the Podcast Marketing Manager to provide the strategic and executional support required to launch and manage a promo campaign. This is an entry level position with the opportunity to work with the Podcast Marketing and Operations teams while gaining insight across media planning.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Perform quality control and assurance on all promo campaigns
• Collaborate with internal Podcast Marketing team to identify priorities and build strategies to optimize marketing campaigns and best utilize promo inventory
• Coordinate with internal Podcast Marketing and Operations teams in the execution of media plans, both paid and unpaid, internal and external
• Traffic copy and audio assets
• Ensure successful campaign implementation, including pixel implementation, follows organizational guidelines
• Monitor campaign deliveries and adjust as needed, based on KPIs
• Analyze campaign performance, impressions delivery and conversion performance and recommend ideas for optimization
• Provide weekly and/or monthly reporting

• Detail-oriented - can keep track of many moving parts and multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Great time management - working with multiple timelines and deliverables
• Can work independently and in a team setting
• Communication - Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility - Be willing and able to adapt to last minute changes in schedules and delivery, and to switch priorities according to the latest needs
• Knowledge of any media planning or media performance software is a plus
• Love of, and familiarity with, podcasts is a big plus!
• Interest in the principles of advertising, marketing and media planning
