Overview

Audacy has a new opportunity for a results-oriented and passionate sports enthusiast to work with national, regional and local sports leagues. You will be working with various Audacy teams such as Operations, Technical, Support, Business Development, Marketing, and others to provide a full range of digital solutions to Audacy partners and affiliates.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Perform operational and support functions for Audacy's growing affiliate SaaS model, specifically focused on Sport content providers. You will be responsible for:
• Acting as main liaison between Audacy and the sports organizations
• Monitoring SLA performance based on contractual obligations and service delivery.
• Continual Service Improvement (CSI) of the reporting and ratification process.
• Owns the weekly and monthly governance meetings with staff and partners.
• Review data and provide reporting about performance, support issues and resolutions both internally and to clients
• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis
• Proactively manage partner relationships to assure Audacy is top-of-mind, oversee performance standards, and drive preventive or corrective action where needed
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Operations, and Customer Support on affiliate initiatives by providing partner feedback and identifying new opportunities for growth and improvement
• Present to and interact with executives regularly about the strategy, data, and business impact/performance of affiliates

Qualifications

More About You:

Required:
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-growing digital company, start-up environment, or a scale-up
• Excellent, proven organizational skills, including strong attention to detail and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience building strong partnerships and ability to be a liaison internally and externally
• 4-6 years of experience in support, affiliate relations, operations, or project management

Preferred:
• Excellent working knowledge of Google Suite
• Experience with issue tracking systems (preferably Jira, ZenDesk)
• Experience with audio or streaming media a plus
• Bachelor's Degree
