Overview

Audacy Greensboro seeks an experienced and talented individual to serve as an Information Technology (IT) Manager for our 4 radio stations. This is a full-time position that reports to the Director of Technical Operations. If you possess the following skills and experience, please contact us to discuss this opportunity.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for all station computer systems and infrastructure.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot & repair computer equipment and systems.
• Develop solutions and recommend system changes as needed.
• Responsible for data backup and IT security requirements: Resolve technical problems for critical systems with regard to security, performance, recovery, management and/or usage to company standards.
• Be cross trained to provide assistance to and back market technical staff as needed
• IT support at Off-Site Facilities
• Assist with IT budget management
• Additional duties and responsibilities that may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications

Required:
• 5+ years' experience in technical support role with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong working knowledge of the following systems required:
• Desktop and Server hardware, Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, iOS and Android Operating Systems, Google Workspace, and Network Hardware including HP/Aruba/Cisco switches.
• Knowledge and experience with broadcast automation systems and broadcast infrastructure
• Excellent customer service skills are required; must be well organized and detail oriented. 4 year, technical degree, or equivalent on the job experience required.
• A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance is required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will frequently be required to stand; walk; sit; use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; and smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
