Board Operator
Overview
Audacy Boston is accepting applications for Part-Time board operators for stations WEEI-FM and WWBX-FM.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
This is a critical role in the on-air execution of the station. The following job duties include, but are not limited to:
• Run the control board, follow station format, arrange and play commercials and IDs according to program and commercial logs
• Follow all applicable laws and FCC regulations
• May help administer contests, answer listener calls for live shows, conduct EAS tests, etc.
Qualifications
Required:
• Dependability and punctuality a must.
• Must be able to work varied shifts including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
Preferred:
• 1+ years experience preferred; adept at digital editing, board operating, recording, network and HTML/Digital web experience.
