Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with a passion for delivering unique and inspiring marketing campaigns for customers. The Sr. Brand Manager will be responsible for leading campaigns on- and off-Amazon that build awareness for and deeper engagement with Prime Video programming in Canada. They will oversee the development of large-scale integrated communication plans to launch new programming, including working with agencies to build media plans, digital and social media programs, complementary in-market events, and performance reporting including campaign analysis, tracking, and more. This role will span co-ordination across a wide-range of cross functional teams and external partners which will include media vendors, production companies and partners, talent agencies, social agencies, and creative agencies.

The Sr. Brand Manager is an individual contributor role that will develop and launch high impact campaigns and engagement programs reaching our customers in Canada. The successful candidate will have a proven track record for driving output and results, working autonomously to set a roadmap and goals for performance, as well as have substantial experience working on large 360-degree marketing campaigns in Canada. They must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have proven experience planning and executing marketing campaigns across cross functional, matrixed teams. The ideal candidate should be able to negotiate with key business partners and external teams to gain alignment on marketing plans and ultimately manage all aspects of project execution.

The Sr. Brand Manager possess a blended balance of strategist, project manager, producer, creative, relationship builder, and analyst. They are a self-starter who is able to prioritize and deliver on deadlines with minimal supervision, have the ability to persuade, inspire and motivate cross-functional stakeholders and drive results. They should be able to think/act strategically, develop structured plans and be willing to execute hands on with a start-up type of mentality, while balancing creativity with analytics and agility with operational discipline. Candidates should be both idea generators and builders, with a sense of accountability, and a keen focus on delivering great customer experiences with measurable results. They should thrive in a culture of decisions based on analytics, be comfortable diving deep into the data, yet able to step-back and communicate both the strategic and immediate implications on priorities.

Prime members can watch hit TV series, popular movies and live sports including The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, The Boys, and The Summer I Turned Pretty, local Canadian Originals such as LOL: qui rira le dernier?, Three Pines, and Mr. Dressup: The Magic of Make Believe, and WNBA, National Women's Soccer League, One Championship, and more. Members in Canada can add channels they love such as Crave, Sportsnet, STACKTV, Hayu, and Paramount+, and all Amazon customers can rent or buy new release movies.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Expertise with all traditional media channels, such as TV, Digital, Social, OOH, Radio/Audio
- Experience with marketing partnerships
- Experience managing marketing budgets
- Ability to think strategically and operationally
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Background in entertainment, sports, and/or media marketing
