Job summary
Amazon Advertising operates at the intersection of advertising and eCommerce, and offers advertisers a rich array of media solutions across Amazon's mobile and desktop websites, proprietary devices including Kindle and Fire TV, and the Amazon Programmatic Demand Side Platform. We are looking for a highly motivated Post Producer who is passionate about creating video brand commercial spots for our advertisers. This role will be making effective and creative commercials to tell stories, display products, and highlight brands. Work hard, have fun, make history.

Key job responsibilities
The Brand Video Studio team is seeking an experienced and creative Post Producer. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart, both visually and narratively. Our team is focused on delivering commercial spots :15, :30, :60 seconds with animation, graphics, live action video, Voice Over and a wide range of effects. In this role, you will work alongside editors, motion graphics artists, brand creative teams, and cross functional teams. The right candidate will blend strong creative instincts, storytelling, ability to script, coach narration, and drive projects forward with whatever creative needs the project has. • Work closely with editors, Music libraries, Post Management, graphics etc. to deliver commercials that raise the creative bar. • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to meet the demands of brands • Proactively identify opportunities for design and efficiencies • Design and influence operational best practices for creative success • Bachelor's Degree • 8+ years relevant experience in Creative Production • A day in the life
Experience pos producing content • Experience working with production houses/ networks/ brands • Experience in giving editorial feedback • Experience with Music Libraries • Proven problem solving, analytical, and creative skills • Ability to display complex concepts in simple, intuitive formats • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • 8+ years of relevant experience as Producer.

About the team
The Brand Video Studio team was formed to create innovative streaming TV and online video content solutions on behalf of our advertisers and end viewers. Our vision is to enable a one-stop shop for advertisers providing end-to-end video production for Streaming TV Ads and other Amazon Brand Video placements. Our direct-from-advertiser feedback on video content production will inform customer-centric decision making for our advertising and video product teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree • 5+ years relevant experience in Creative Production • Experience pos producing content • Experience working with production houses/ networks/ brands • Experience in giving editorial feedback • Experience with Music Libraries • Proven problem solving, analytical, and creative skills • Ability to display complex concepts in simple, intuitive formats • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • 5+ years of relevant experience as Producer.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in various Advertising, Television, and or film post production environments
• Experience with stop motion animation
• Experience with delivery of assets to studios
• Experience with variety of digital media workflows
• Knowledge of wide array of media asset types
• Experience with commercial brands and advertisers
• Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through, and meet deadlines
• Even-tempered

• Good judgment
• Good sense of humor
