Job summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Music Contract Administrator to support Amazon Studio's Music Team. You will identify and implement process improvements, and can effectively work cross-functionally with other teams. The role will work closely with the Amazon Studios Music Team and oversee the delivery of music licenses; music agreements; and music cue sheets. You will use your understanding of music contracts, music cue sheets and music license agreements with passion for organization to create streamlined processes to ensure efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Tracking music licenses from end-to end including redlining, routing for internal and external signatures and archiving into Contract Central database
• Maintain and update rights management trackers
• Ensure timely payment of invoices by generating purchase orders and escalating and assisting with the resolution of payment issues
• Providing research support for Music Licensing Managers as requested
Key job responsibilities
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years experience working for a production company, studio, or television network
• 2+ years experience in negotiating deals in entertainment
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products
• 2+ years of experience with music contracts at a major studio, a major production company or television Network.
• Experience working with third party contractual relationships (record labels, publishers)
• Experience in music licensing
• Experience in Mac OSX, Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Rapid Cue, and Power Point
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Basic understanding of purchase orders and invoice payments
• Experience with Airtable spreadsheet-database software
• Ability to prioritize and work independently on multiple projects
• Highly organized with a keen sense to detail; works well under pressure
• Adept at learning new software and web-based tools
