Key job responsibilities
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Creative Executive to lead our Wholly-Owned Drama & Comedy development team. You must have proven leadership experience, overseeing teams in different media business settings. You must have already mastered strong creative abilities and vocabulary, and be able to have productive, effective conversations with creators and showrunners. You should have excellent writing skills that will be necessary in conveying notes to writers, as well as, internal correspondence and projects. Candidate should be thoughtful, but proactive in every way possible. You should have a deep bench of relationships with the creative community. You will be leading a self-motivated, passionate and collaborative team and environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 10+ years of creative executive experience
• Experience working with other departments such as casting, production, research, PR, business and legal affairs
• Experience overseeing all creative aspects of development production and post production
• Experience attracting projects and creators with the ability to entertain large audiences
• Experience delivering against a large organization's long-term strategy and goals

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience working at a premium television network or a world-class production company
• Experience managing film and television development and production and ability to shepherd a project from idea to launch
• Experience developing content that is award nominated, or from a broadcast network or streaming platform

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $146,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $273,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
