Amazon Music is looking for an experienced marketer to drive adoption of the mobile app across all tiers of our service. This is a high visibility role that will coordinate and/ or own efforts across different customer touchpoints (Owned channels, Paid channels, Landing Pages, Alexa, Amazon Shopping, Promotions etc.) and do foundational work with Product and BI to improve the app CX, tracking and measurement infrastructure. This role will be responsible for writing business requirement documents for securing tech resources and provide regular updates to global leaders. This individual will be the single threaded owner for all initiatives that drive existing and new users to download and use the Amazon Music app and will be required to project manage a large number of highly complex cross-functional programs.
Key job responsibilities
• Build a global roadmap and own initiatives to increase adoption of the Amazon Music mobile app working closely with Marketing Channel teams and Product owners.
• Write effective business requirement documents (BRDs) to quantify and forecast the impact of app adoption programs and secure tech/BI resources.
• Launch experiments across Alexa Echo and Alexa app to drive users to download and engage with the Amazon Music app.
• Project manage a large number of cross-functional and cross-channel programs simultaneously.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative research to identify opportunities for launching app exclusive features/content/promotions and bring those ideas to life.
• Work with Finance to quantify the additional value of an app user and leverage that to evolve ROI calculations for evergreen campaigns and promotion bursts.
• Build the data infrastructure for aggregated mobile measurement and owned placements in partnership with the BI team.
• Present written and verbal updates to senior leadership (Director/VP level) in business review meetings on progress against KPIs, highlighting key wins/losses and flagging any blockers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• BA/BS, MBA or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of experience in a consumer facing technology organization managing marketing channels (Owned and/or Paid) or equivalent product marketing experience owning app funnels.
• Demonstrated track record of launching new programs, products or app features, working in a cross-functional setting.
• Experience in driving the implementation of a technology stack (e.g. deeplinking services, data integration layers, mobile attribution partner etc.)
• Experience building, executing and scaling marketing programs across multiple international markets.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to work with large data sets.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible.
• Strong leadership and communication (written and verbal) skills to drive recommendations, articulate tradeoffs and communicate plans to senior executives.
• High attention to detail, across both business and technical domains.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of mobile marketing experience for a consumer technology product or service.
• Experience in the entertainment, media industry and/or subscription business.
