We are looking for a creative, analytical and results-oriented Sr. Product Marketing Manager to drive listener growth across Amazon Music's tiers of service. You will help build and launch new product marketing initiatives supporting all Amazon Music tiers, working cross-functionally across Amazon teams, influencing and leading partners to think big, invent and simplify, and deliver on project roadmaps.
A successful candidate for this role will be an independent, creative problem-solver with great business acumen, and the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while managing competing deadlines. You will have exceptional product marketing, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently under time constraints to deliver results.
This individual will partner with teams across Amazon Music, including Marketing, Product, Finance, Business Intelligence, among others, to drive listener and subscriber growth by improving existing and building new customer journeys. This role will lead Product Marketing strategies, reporting to senior leadership on progress and upcoming projects, and champion best practices across global teams. You should be well versed in customer behavior, business drivers, and conceive new initiatives to improve KPIs.
Key job responsibilities
• Ideate, manage, and execute marketing strategies to drive listener and subscriber growth for Amazon Music's tiers, globally.
• Lead complex, cross-functional product marketing go-to-market initiatives for product features and launches.
• Partner closely with marketing and product teams to influence their roadmaps to optimize for listener growth at scale.
• Lead strategy and requirements to fund qualitative and quantitative research to inform product messaging and positioning to drive growth goals, sharing insights and next steps with leadership.
• Identify and pursue cross-category opportunities, partnering with teams across Amazon.
• Play a lead role in identifying ROI and metrics for new Marketing strategies, partnering with BI, Product and Finance orgs to identify trade-offs and recommendations.
• Leverage new or emerging trends to identify new customer audiences and journeys to unlock higher listener and subscriber growth.
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- Experience with A/B Testing or Multi-Variate Testing or both
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience in marketing or marketing research
- MBA

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
