About Amazon Music

In this role, you will be the Sr Global Product Marketing Manager, driving the strategy for Amazon Music promotions globally. You will work cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, Product, Finance and Business Development to build our promotions roadmap and bring initiatives to market. This role requires strategic thinking, a strong understanding of technical product marketing and expertise on building partnerships to deliver innovate solutions. This role is perfect for a skilled senior marketer who enjoys working with global stakeholders to create great customer experiences. This person will work closely with cross-category teams as well as other internal business partners to execute new programs that will drive Amazon Music's growth.

Key job responsibilities
• Own the strategy, planning and design of marketing promotions for Amazon Music.
• Work closely with tech and product teams to ensure promotions are built to requirement.
• Manage the future promotions roadmap to enable more targeted, automated and scalable initiatives.
• Work across teams including marketing, legal, finance and licensing to ensure offers are focused on delivering value.
• Project manage new promotional launches; build the targeting, messaging, customer experience, channel strategy and measurement plan.
• Build strong and innovative partnerships with internal stakeholders including Alexa, Prime Video, Audible and more.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 6+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing with consumer facing brands, including integrated campaign management, customer acquisition, content marketing, marketing communications, product marketing and/or channel marketing.
• 3+ years using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements including A/B testing and experimentation roadmaps.
• 3+ years of partner marketing and/or business development experience.
• BA/BS degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 6+ years of mobile experience for consumer technology product or service.
• Global experience driving marketing programs across multiple markets.
• Experience with consumer products, media and/or e-commerce.
• Experience with subscription-based consumer products.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to work with SQL would be a benefit.
• Natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible.
• Excellent project management skills, managing internal and external stakeholders, and multiple campaigns at once.
• MBA/advanced degree.
