Amazon Music is looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager to create impactful marketing campaigns for artist merchandise on the Amazon Music Merch/CDs/Vinyl team.

This role is responsible for creating best-in-class marketing campaigns that drive awareness, discoverability, and sales for newly launched merch and physical music products for top tier artists. They will oversee the execution and optimization of all elements of their marketing campaigns (product, copy, targeting, creative templates, timing, etc.) and will leverage performance data and testing to develop recommendations and best practices. They will build, merchandise, and optimize destinations on behalf of artists. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager who is customer obsessed, data-driven, highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment.

This candidate is comfortable working independently, excellent at communicating with stakeholders regularly, and collaborates well with cross-functional partners across the Amazon Music, Amazon Fashion, etc. This role requires working at the strategic level - such as putting together trafficking plans and developing processes to help support the growing business, and works at the tactical level of building and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data, and finding solutions to invent and simplify their workflows.

Key job responsibilities
• Own the strategy, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns to drive sales for newly launched music merchandise.
• Work cross-functionally with Amazon Music and Fashion social media teams to drive awareness of merch products, plus work directly with artist teams.
• Work with the livestream marketing team to drive awareness, discoverability, traffic, and sales of livestream merch
• Collaborate with artist teams to ensure marketing commitments are fulfilled
• Build and drive traffic to landing page experiences for merchandise
• Analyze and track performance of marketing campaigns, optimize performance, and share learnings with the team.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 4+ years of professional non-internship digital marketing experience; preferably in consumer-focused roles
• Experience in social media marketing, email marketing, and paid media
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across functional teams, including product management, marketing, creative, legal, and merchandising teams
• Demonstrated experience using data and metrics to measure impact and optimize performance
• Experience working with data and/or reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, and/or Tableau
• Experience with developing, executing and analyzing marketing experiments and tests.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication or other related field, or equivalent experience
• Experiential marketing experience is a plus
• Photoshop / graphic design experience a plus
• Comfortable with ''hands-on'' management of tasks, and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $94,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
