About the Role
Amazon Music produces and markets livestreams for some of the world's top artists, including Kendrick Lamar, Drake, Kane Brown, and more. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our Livestream Marketing vertical. This role will lead go-to-market and campaigns that drive viewership and revenue to Amazon Music via artist livestreams. They will work cross-functionally with Amazon Music Marketing, Sales, Livestream Production, and Music Industry teams, as well as cross-Amazon businesses such as Prime Video and Twitch, to build and launch campaigns that delight millions of music fans worldwide. In addition to leading the development of cross-channel campaign GTMs, this person will build out key capabilities for the Livestream Marketing vertical that scale our approach and enable us to support more shows. This role will also lead all Livestream Marketing for our Thursday Night Football collaboration: Amazon Music Live.

The right candidate will possess mastery of O&O and paid marketing channels, brand marketing principles, the music industry, and analytical skills that help us dive deep into data, sharpen our approach, and produce best-in-class campaigns. They will have experience working for consumer-facing technology companies and coordinating cross-functionally with large groups of stakeholders in ambiguous environments. They will need to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving and ever-changing environment, communicate clearly and persuasively, and have experience presenting to executives.

Key job responsibilities
• Act as the lead campaign manager for the Livestream Marketing team, helping to build and launch campaigns across both O&O and paid channels.
• Be the key internal lead with both internal Marketing, Sales, Production, and Music Industry teams and cross-Amazon companies such as Prime Video and Twitch
• Create and execute campaign GTM strategies that drive viewership and revenue to Amazon Music
• Create and manage experimentation and MarTech roadmaps that help us measure our campaigns, improve our approach, automate and scale.
• Drive the campaign post mortem process; develop and document key learnings, best practices and strategies; improve our marketing playbook
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels of the business; experience presenting in front of executive leadership

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
• BA/BS
• 3+ years of experience leading a multi-functional digital marketing team or organization with direct oversight of some or all of the following: growth marketing, paid media, CRM, merchandising, brand, promotions, GTM execution, mobile app marketing (iOS and Android), partnership marketing, funnel optimization, creative development and/or e-commerce
• 3+ years of experience marketing digital consumer products, subscription and/or entertainment services

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• MBA or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of digital marketing experience
• Excellent knowledge of the music industry and music culture
• Effective leader and influencer who is able to foster a healthy team culture
• Ability to easily transition from high level strategic thinking to detailed execution
• Ability to lead large cross-functional projects across industry, product, engineering, BI teams and global marketing stakeholders.
• 2+ years of podcast, music streaming, SVOD or other entertainment industry experience
• 3+ years of mobile experience with consumer technology product or service

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
