We build systems that will be distributed around the world, spanning mobile apps and voice-forward experiences on Amazon Echo devices, powered by Alexa. Amp is looking for a Program Operations Manager to support our release management and user acceptance testing for the business tools. This role will shape requirements, process and delivery of critical tools for our business to enable top-quality customer experiences as we grow. This role will work with and establish project teams and ensure that all agreed projects are progressing and delivering desired results on time and in budget.

This position may be located in Los Angeles, New York, and Atlanta.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop and maintain user acceptance test cases for a disruptive product that is in its early stages.
• Manage the end-to-end release lifecycle for business tool launches, updates, and bug fixes
• Develop and maintain user acceptance test cases for tools to support our business operations, including programming , customer support, marketing, trust and safety and payment operations
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Business and Operations team to ensure bar raising releases are available to our customers at a frequent cadence.
• Leverage proven program management skills to develop and manage solutions to meet our customer's needs.
• Identify and drive initiatives to improve customer experience either through defect reductions or ease of use.
• Leverage the appropriate metrics to develop and track initiatives to improve operational workflows.
• Understand business objectives from various stakeholders and continually align your work with those objectives.
• Have an extreme attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multiple-task.
• Be a problem solver who understands how to get things done across multiple teams
• Develop and maintain the roadmap of business tools with strong understanding of prioritized business needs within Business & Operations.

• Proficiency in project management tools, such as Jira, Salesforce and Miro
• Consistent delivery on commitments - great organizational skills with exceptional follow through.
• Experience using data analysis, reporting, and modeling to recommend or make business decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Competent delivery of results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment

• 5+ years of work experience in Project Management or Program Management
• MBA or relevant graduate degree
• Experience launching new products or processes with cross-functional impact
• Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders
• Demonstrated program ownership and consistent delivery on commitments - great organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
• Proven experience identifying requirements to build out internal business tools
