Key job responsibilities
We are seeking a visionary Principal Product Manager, Technical to join our product team, focused on building the tools and processes for which we build out a rich and nuanced set of musical knowledge. We collaborate closely with the entire Amazon Music organization to create experiences that bring customers closer to music, artists and music culture. This is an opportunity to define the future of streaming and build innovative experiences that are used by millions of people every day.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
• 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience technical product management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
• Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
• Experience working with music industry and expert teams, focused on musical understanding.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $144,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
