Want to build the future of live audio? Join Amazon's newest mobile app, Amp, where anyone can host live radio shows with the music they love. Currently in beta in the US, Amp's evolving how people discover and share music. Create a show, call-in, or bop along to some tunes – no subscription, additional hardware, or editing needed.

As part of an agile team, you will be working in a startup atmosphere while being able to leverage the resources of a Fortune-500 company. Amp is on the bleeding-edge of consumer-facing products, where every team member is a critical voice in the decision-making process. We build systems that will be distributed around the world, spanning mobile apps and voice-forward experiences on Amazon Echo devices, powered by Alexa. Amp products support our mission of delivering audio entertainment in new and exciting ways that creators and listeners will love.

The Amp team is looking for team members across a variety of functions, including software engineering/development, product, marketing, design, and more. Come make history, as we expand and launch Amp for millions of listeners.

This role can also be located in Atlanta, Los Angeles, Seattle, and New York.

Key job responsibilities
• Own App Store Optimization (ASO) and collaborate with Product teams to launch new features in Apple App Store and Google Play Store and analyze mobile growth trends. Optimize keywords and partner with ASO agencies to drive app install growth and improve app rankings.
• Drive global mobile in-app messaging (IAM) strategy, testing, and execution globally for Amp customers
• Test and learn across our mobile funnel, managing multivariate and A/B testing campaigns
• Responsible for driving messaging platform requirements with product and development teams
• Optimize engagement KPIs with PMs and Data Science. Establish reporting and review ASO and in-app messaging measurement and performance.
• Own strategy, execution and performance mobile marketing campaigns, including all messaging and translation. Establish ongoing creative refresh and optimization program, working closely with design team.
• Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance business reviews and projections for each country, showcasing results the team has delivered and presenting to country and executive leadership.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
• 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
• 3+ years of mobile marketing experience in a consumer facing technology organization
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible
• Experience driving global programs across multiple languages and markets
• Strong leadership and communication skills to drive recommendations, articulate tradeoffs and communicate plans to senior executives
• High attention to detail, across both business and technical domains

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• MBA/advanced degree
• Experience with in app messaging and marketing platforms (Braze, Iterable, LeanPlum, Swrve, Adobe, Localytics etc.)
• Experience with app store optimization platforms (AppTweak, Gummicube, AppAnnie, StoreMaven)
