We are looking for a driven, analytical, results-oriented and creative Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in MENA. As a Marketing Manager, you will support the execution of the marketing strategy of Amazon Music in the region, and deliver on project roadmaps to acquire and retain new customers in the service. You will be interacting cross-functionally and internationally across marketing and growth teams as well as other Amazon businesses to contribute to local growth.

A successful candidate for this role will have experience in marketing – ranging across search marketing, digital display advertising, owned and operated channels, associates and social media performance marketing. Success in this role requires a strong bias for action, ownership, and exceptional attention to details.

Key job responsibilities
• Support the campaigns planning and execution across marketing channels to drive growth of the Amazon Music services in MENA
• Identify and test new opportunities based on data and analytical insight
• Communicate channels' performance delivering against goals
• Flawlessly support campaigns across marketing channels, testing and iterating to optimize creative and campaign targeting.
• Partner with owning teams to support the creative development of campaign materials, to create compelling and effective marketing assets.

About the team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Strong writing and communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Extensive marketing experience in digital marketing for consumer products and services
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Demonstrated experience using data and metrics to measure performance and determine recommendations
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to deliver on multiple deadlines, prioritize, automate and simplify tactical work

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• MBA
• Experience with subscription business, consumer products, media and/or e-commerce
• Experience in multi-territory campaign management
