This role can be based in either of our Culver City-CA, San Francisco-CA, Seattle-WA, Atlanta-GA, or NYC-NY Amazon Music offices.
About Amazon Music
In this role as Global Marketing Manager you will acquire and engage Amazon Music customers across Growth Marketing channels. You are responsible for defining strategy, planning and execution of best in class customer experiences to drive customer growth. A successful candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, experimentation and strong creative instincts. This role will have global scope, working regularly with country counterparts to create and share best practices. The ideal candidate will challenge our status quo and take our global growth marketing strategy to the next level. Key Responsibilities:
• Own growth marketing strategy and execution to drive worldwide customer acquisition and engagement for Amazon Music through channels such as Email, Push, Merchandising, Landing Pages, Voice, In-App, Promotions and more.
• Serve as a cross-platform growth marketing expert and drive global execution of best practices and learnings.
• Continuous A/B testing and experimentation, including creative imagery, messaging and CTAs.
• Understand and create customer segmentation, cohorts and testing plans to optimize for Amazon Music growth and drive high value actions.
• Work closely with global stakeholders to deliver strategy, drive the go-to-market plans, align on testing and report on performance
• Proactively drive a measurement and learning framework with BI and Metrics teams. Establish and optimize reports and perform detailed analysis to drive conversion rates.
• Obsess over customers and how they discover Amazon Music on Amazon.com and mobile app, Amazon devices and owned and operated entities.
• Work closely with Amazon Music's product and development teams to inform and drive necessary features, tools and platform optimizations.
Key job responsibilities
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of marketing experience
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience with consumer facing brands, including integrated campaign management, customer acquisition, content marketing, marketing communications, product marketing and/or channel marketing.
• Global experience driving marketing programs across multiple markets.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of mobile experience for consumer technology product or service.
• Experience with consumer products, media and/or e-commerce.
• Experience with subscription-based consumer products.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible.
• Excellent project management skills, managing internal and external stakeholders, and multiple campaigns at once.
• MBA/advanced degree.
