We are looking for a driven, analytical, results-oriented and creative Marketing Manager to join our Engagement Marketing team in Europe. As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and drive engagement marketing strategy for key Amazon Music services in Europe, supporting campaigns across owned and operated channels to drive growth and retention goals. You will working cross-functionally and internationally across marketing, growth and product teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Own the strategy, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns on Amazon's merchandising placement to drive engagement and retention for Amazon Music campaigns in Europe.
• Identify and test new merchandising placements based on understanding of business goals and competitive analysis/benchmarking.
• Work with global teams to create our strategy for those channels, identifying and driving opportunities unique to Europe.
• Flawlessly execute tests across marketing channels, using A/B or multi-armed bandit testing to optimize creative and campaign targeting. Establish ongoing test and learn approach to new and existing campaigns.
• Develop segmentation strategy, leveraging internal tools to identify and target high propensity customer cohorts; identify and leverage new or emerging patterns in customer behaviour to inform strategy and engage new segments.
• Drive business case development, forecasting and ROI targets for new opportunities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive digital marketing experience with consumer facing brands, including integrated campaign management, customer acquisition and retention, promotions, marketing, product marketing and/or channel marketing.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Strong project management skills, managing internal and external stakeholders, and multiple campaigns at once.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to drive recommendations, articulate trade-offs, and communicate plans to senior executives
• High attention to detail, across both business and technical domains
• Fluency in English and a second European language

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Few years of paid digital marketing experience, including the management of paid media campaigns.
• Experience in collaborating with global product and marketing teams.
• Few years of experience for consumer technology product or service
• Few years of experience driving strong marketing performance in a digital media (video, music, podcasts, video games, software) subscription service
• Global experience driving marketing programs across multiple markets
