Location: Nashville, TN (Required)
Start Date: June 16, 2025
Employment Type: Full-Time, Salaried
Compensation: Up to $70,000 (base salary + performance-based bonuses.)

The All Nashville Roadshow is a fast-growing, artist-driven touring music experience rooted in Americana, community, and Southern culture. We bring the Nashville Experience through unforgettable, intimate outdoor concert experiences to curated small towns across the Southeast, complete with great music, food, drink, and hospitality. With 80+ shows projected in 2026, ANRS is poised for major regional impact — and we’re building a core leadership team to power that vision.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a high-energy, resourceful, and operations-mindedShow Producer to overseeall on-site execution of our concert events, manage staff and volunteer teams, and maintain equipment and inventory between shows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in live events, loves the rhythm of touring life, and wants to help shape a values-driven creative enterprise from the ground up.
Core Responsibilities:
Event Execution:

Serve as thelead producer on-site at every ANRS event in 2025 (typically weekends)

Manage and coordinate show staff: Assistant Show Producer, Stage Manager, FOH Manager, and Food & Beverage Manager

Lead volunteer teams in setup, show support, and teardown (chairs, staging, signage, concessions, etc.)

Represent ANRS professionally in every host town — your leadership will set the tone
Planning & Equipment Management:

Attend regular team meetings (remote or in-person) for forward planning

Maintain inventory and condition of staging, audio, and event infrastructure

Coordinate transport logistics and stage readiness before each show
Leadership & Growth:

Train and mentor show management staff.

Train and and mentor an Assistant Producer with the goal of delegating 25% of show weekends beginning in 2026

Help refine the show experience to ensure quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
-
Must live in the Nashville, TN area or be willing to relocate

Experience inlive events, tour management, or festival production required

Skilled in logistics, on-the-ground problem solving, and managing people under pressure

Able to tow/drive a stage trailer (or willing to be trained)

Available to travel for weekend shows, within a 7 hr driving distance from Nashville.

Organized, proactive, collaborative, and cool under fire
Compensation & Benefits:
-
Base Salary: $50,000
-
Performance Bonuses: Up to $20,000 annually based on show success.

Time Off: 2 weeks paid vacation (with holidays flexible depending on tour season)

No health benefits provided at this time (subject to change as we grow)

All travel expenses related to show weekends are covered
