Production Analyst (Vendor Set up)

Responsibilities:
• Maintains database for new and existing vendors.
• Audit quarterly to remove inactive vendors.
• Set up new vendors in compliance with corporate requirements, including TIN matching and validations through usps.com.
• Perform bank validations on ACH accounts through GIACT.
• Perform risk assessments on vendors and utilize government resources to avoid conducting business with sanctioned countries and groups.
• Provides backup for multiple processes within the department.

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks within a high-pressure environment while meeting strict deadlines.
• Focused on continuing improvements to the organization in striving for excellence.
• Must be flexible, adaptable to working in a creatively driven environment.
• Strategic business partnering approach.
• Open and direct communication style, good listening skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Required Education
• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related experience.
