Job Description
A24 is seeking a Corporate Finance Associate. As a key member of our Finance team, you will report to the Finance Manager and collaborate with teams across the company (incl. Accounting, Legal, Production, and Distribution) to close project debt financing and ensure timely and accurate forecasting and reporting.

Initial Responsibilities
• Prepare short term cash flow and liquidity forecasts
• Prepare monthly/quarterly bank reporting (incl. borrowing base and covenant reporting)
• Prepare and maintain film forecast models to inform GAAP financial projections
• Forecast and track film license fee revenue and marketing spend (v. budget)
• Analyze royalty statements from international partners to draw conclusions about foreign performance to inform strategic decision making
• Work closely with internal teams to qualify for film production loans
• Ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience at a financial services firm or within a corporate finance role at a media/entertainment company
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA a plus
• Advanced knowledge and application of Microsoft Excel and experience managing complex datasets
• General understanding of GAAP financial reporting and analyzing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects and competing priorities in a demanding fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present to all levels of the company
