Work Locations: With the exception of some select roles that have in-office requirements, A+E Networks operates on a flexible model that allows for remote, hybrid or full time in office work (in certain locales).

Job Description

The Specialist, Account Payable will be responsible for the financial processing of transactions in various corporate accounting systems.

MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Manage overall workflow of invoices across Jaggaer scanning, uploading, managing vendor uploads and emails across multiple GL accounts and company codes; properly allocate expenses, if applicable.
• Maintain current vendors and set up new vendors in Jaggaer and SAP.
• Complete ad hoc analysis and tasks as needed.
• Configure content groups, company codes, chart of accounts, approval chains, PO & requisition processes, tax coding, invoicing, configuring process workflows, receipts and variance tolerances, etc.
• Maintain approval level grids for all spend areas in sync with AP policy and CMO approved levels.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting for monthly close and accruals, annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
• Use AirTable to enter all monthly accruals (including estimates) into respective accrual sheets per Network and area.
• Enter invoice information into respective accrual sheets per Network and area to properly track processed invoices.
• Work with department leads to manage payment timing & expedited requests.

YOUR STORY:
• Have 2 or more years of work experience in accounts payable.
• Previous experience with SAP, Jaggaer (or comparable Procure-to-pay platform) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint); prior experience with AirTable is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced business environment with high-volume; knowledge of Marketing and/or Media & Entertainment is a plus.
• Exceptional communications/customer service skills (verbal, written, listening) as this position requires interaction with all levels, including senior management
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Acute attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Compensation
Hourly Pay Range: $29.91 - $38.92

Annual Incentive Target: 5%

minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will

be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills,
