Division Story
The Creative Marketing team is a group of innovative, passionate and imaginative professionals, focused on building brands and creating campaigns across all A+E platforms. This skilled collection of producers, writers, editors and designers functions as a full-service ad agency within A+E Networks, with the capabilities to carry out – completely in-house -- every single stage of a promotional push from conception all the way to final delivery. The department's work encompasses everything from commercials to key art; social media to podcasts; short form content to custom collaborations with outside sponsors; if it's a piece of content that helps to tell A+E's story to the wider world, we had a hand in making it. Collaborating on hundreds of campaigns a year, the Marketing group is constantly pushing the boundaries of creativity, breaking new ground in television promotion, and scooping up industry awards in the process.

Job Description

The Production Manager, Marketing will produce innovative and award-winning brand campaigns with passion and excitement alongside the creative team and other key divisions. You'll be required to execute a high-volume of projects with an attention to detail and a can-do attitude. You should be a strong leader who is knowledgeable in the production of multi-platform content. You'll be responsible for leading and executing campaigns, inclusive of video and design (print and motion) assets in collaboration with partners across marketing and other key divisions. You'll be critical in the communication between creative teams and all relevant departments. You'll be asked to challenge our processes to adapt to an ever-changing landscape.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES: Production Manager, Marketing
• Lead production on campaigns for some of cable's biggest shows across on-air, print, design and GFX projects from inception to completion on time and on budget
• Partner with respective team members on long-term campaign planning and project strategy
• Manage paid media campaign timelines, execution and delivery alongside consumer marketing
• Oversee workloads and timelines of internal and external creative resources
• Responsible for campaign and project budgets planning, workflow, and reporting across all projects
• Key point of contact for all internal client requests and delivery of assets
• Responsible for Legal & S&P approval across all projects
• Help structure and improve workflow for creative production teams for maximum efficiency and clarity
• Train new producers, coordinators on workflow and software
• Collaborate with partners across other divisions in planning and assets

YOUR STORY: Production Manager, Marketing
• Bachelor's degree in communications, film, television or related field
• 3+ years working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative team, with demonstrated experience in project management of a variety of cable TV campaign assets
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage a high volume of projects, working under tight deadlines and pressure are necessary to succeed in this role
• Have strong knowledge of graphics/design/post-production
• Experience leading junior team members
• Agency or in-house creative team experience
• Strong budget management experience
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication
• Proactive, collaborative and team-oriented

Additional Preferred Qualifications Production Manager, Marketing
• Exceptional proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong knowledge of video codecs, file formats and their workflows in relation to post-production
• Familiarity with Airtable a plus
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite and editing software
• Working knowledge photography & live action production

Compensation

Annual Pay Range: $63,864 - $85,381

Annual Incentive Target: 12.50%

The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the

minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will

be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills,

competencies, location, and experience. A+E offers a competitive total compensation
