Work Locations: With the exception of some select roles that have in-office requirements, A+E Networks operates on a flexible model that allows for remote, hybrid or full time in office work (in certain locales).

Job Description

A+E Networks is seeking an ambitious, data-driven, goal-oriented product marketer to drive growth in A+E's Digital business by acquiring and retaining
OTT, mobile, and website video viewers . With a specific focus on A&E, HISTORY, and Lifetime brands , this highly visible role works both internally and externally to implement
owned and earned marketing tactics . As part of an expanding team supporting a growing business, the Director Product Marketing r eport s into the VP Growth Marketing and manages a full-time coordinator .

MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Leverage owned and earned opportunities to grow and retain the audience to A+E Networks' Digital TV Everywhere products, the A&E, HISTORY, and Lifetime apps .
• Advocate for TV Everywhere products as the voice of the customer .
• Partner closely with the Product team to test and
optimize audience retention strategies.
• Identify and
optimize conversion points to TVE Everywhere products including app store experiences (ASO) for mobile and CTV products .
• Serve as primary liaison between A+E and external SEO agency . Partner with Editorial and Product to increase visibility of A+E web properties on key search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing) through the execution of SEO best practices .
• Partner with product to e nsure search experience leads to
optimal web/mobile web experience.
• Ensure
optimal user journey into the A+E Networks TV Everywhere products.
• Prioritize growth
opportunities by utilizing behavioral data and consumer research to build
out strong business cases.
• Optimize email and push notification onboarding and lifecycle communication.
• Create and maintain reports from various data sources including analytics platforms and internal 3rd party databases.
• Develop and maintain PowerPoint presentations evaluating campaigns and strategies.
• Continually explore competitive best practice s, researching industry trends, attending educational seminars , and identifying and vetting new vendors and partnerships .
• Consider and execute email acquisition tactics to grow the A+E networks email database.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN :

YOUR STORY : [+BEHAVIORS] (what you need to have)
• 7 - 10 years' experience across all facets
of digital marketing with a focus on user journey and positioning
• Product marketing experience, including collaborating with a Product team and understanding of user journey mapping
• Ability to own a campaign from start to finish and ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in complex organizations; able to gain buy-in and marshal resources across teams .
• Proven self-starter who can identify new opportunities, analyze problems to develop tactics/strategies to drive growth and push projects forward .
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills .
• A hunger to learn and follow industry trends to drive innovation and business results .

Compensation

Annual Pay Range: $125,598 - $167,621

Annual Incentive Target: 17.50%

The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the

minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will

be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills,

competencies, location, and experience. A+E offers a competitive total compensation
