• Drive the development and execution of global PR and communications campaigns, ensuring alignment across geographies and tailoring approaches based on regional needs and cultural sensitivities.
• Develop and implement integrated PR strategies, including influencer marketing, content creation, event management, and branded content, highlighting key tournaments and ambassador partnerships such as those with Tommy Fleetwood.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, talent, and stakeholders within the golf world, from top players to media outlets.
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and critical paths, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Collaborate closely with the client's internal teams to drive engagement through creative and engaging internal initiatives that unite their staff globally.
• Work closely with our in-house strategy and creative team on strategic and creative planning around specific projects, including developing campaign concepts, messaging, and creative content tied to premier golf events and players.
• Frequent travel to global golf events and key markets to support campaign execution and client relationship management.

Experience & Knowledge Required:
• A strong passion for golf, with a deep understanding of the sport's global landscape, including key players, organizations, and media outlets.
• At least 7 years of experience in PR, communications, or influencer marketing, with a focus on sports partnerships or global brand campaigns, particularly in golf.
• Demonstrated experience in running global campaigns from an owned, earned, and paid perspective, ideally across multiple markets.
• Experience working with influencers and creators across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Twitter).
• Strong knowledge of digital and social media strategy, including how to amplify content through paid media.
• Proven track record of managing complex campaigns across geographies, with the ability to adapt messaging and strategy for different audiences.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create accurate and insightful client proposals and pitch documents.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, with the ability to stay organized and flexible.

Skills & Abilities:
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and nurture a small team and foster a positive agency culture.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
• A strategic thinker who can balance client needs with business goals to deliver impactful outcomes.
• Proven talent and influencer marketing experience, with a knack for making key decisions that drive brand success.
• Experience developing creative activations that comply with regulations and brand guidelines.
• Ability to evaluate campaign success and simplify complex metrics for clients.
• A strong new business acumen with a proven track record of increasing client spend and identifying growth opportunities.

This role offers an incredible opportunity to work with a leading global brand in the world of sports, with golf at its heart. If you're passionate about PR, thrive in dynamic environments, and are ready to take on a leadership role within a global campaign for prestigious events like the DP World Tour and The Ryder Cup, we'd love to hear from you.
