About WFLX:

WFLX FOX 29 is the FOX affiliate in West Palm Beach serving the five county South Florida DMA (Palm Beach, Martin, St Lucie, Okeechobee, Indian River). WFLX became a FOX affiliate in 1985. WFLX FOX 29 is home to the ONLY local newscasts in the market from 7a-9a and is the #1 rated late news at 10 o'clock. FOX29 is home to the some of the most watched sporting events from Nascar, MLB, World Series, Soccer, NFL Football and WWE. South Florida Daily is our local lifestyle show for all things West Palm airing weekdays 12-1230p. The Internship Program:

As a paid intern, you won't sit and watch someone else doing their job. Gray's intern program is an immersive experience where you serve as a valued team member to our award-winning teams.

With 113 television stations across the US, Gray Television offers an unprecedented opportunity for students to learn an area of broadcast expertise from seasoned professionals in the business. Whether your interest involves news, production, sales, marketing, or engineering, our stations become a hands-on learning environment for Gray Television interns. If we have an employee doing it, there can be a Gray intern learning and earning.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• ️ Be currently enrolled in a college/university (preferred Junior/Senior)
• ️ Strong work ethic, and organizational skills
• ️ Earning a degree in Journalism/Communications, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or related fields, with a desire to get hands-on experience in the local media industry
