About WFIE:
14 News, WFIE, is a Gray Television station in Evansville, Indiana. 14 News dominates news and weather coverage on-air and across all digital platforms. We cover Southern Indiana, Western Kentucky, and a part of Eastern Illinois, known as the Tri-State. Some of our team members grow here before moving on to stations in Cleveland, Charlotte, and Cincinnati. Evansville is located in the center of the Midwest, just a short driving distance to Nashville, St Louis, Indianapolis, and Louisville. And there are plenty of biking, running, and hiking trails, and access to the Ohio River.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• ️ Be currently enrolled in a college/university
• ️ Strong work ethic, and organizational skills
• ️ College student, junior or senior, earning a degree in Journalism/Communications, Sales, News, Engineering, Sports, or related fields, with a desire to get hands-on experience in the local media industry
