Summer Intern - Workforce Analytics Business Analyst Hybrid

The Job:

Workforce Analytics is a team of analysts who use data to advance how organizations make decisions about people, and help leaders operate based on evidence rather than intuition. Workforce Analytics is looking for an intern to join the Workforce Analytics team to support the analytics workstream in Workday. We are looking for a technically minded business analyst who is curious and excited about data.

The Daily:
• Data cleaning and validation in Excel/Workday
• Partner with internal team to identify areas for improvement for data quality, process efficiencies
• Partner with internal team to automate or streamline data entry/collection processes to ensure highest data quality
• Support backend data workstream in Workday
• Support the creation of a consumer facing product in Workday

The Essentials:
• Data cleaning, validation, and analysis in Excel or other programs
• Experience creating analytic presentations/dashboards
• Must be solution oriented with flexibility to work in a dynamic environment
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality
• Experience in HR system transactions/Workday is a bonus

Internship Program:
• Students must be currently enrolled in a college degree program for the full duration of the internship
• Summer 2022 program dates are June 6th - August 12th; must be available for full program duration
• Full-time schedule (40 hours/week)
• Company-issued computer provided for the duration of the internship program.
