The Job

We are a collective group of creatives, executives and coordinators from the Warner Bros. & New Line Pictures Music teams, inclusive of members from the Water Tower Music in-house music label. You will be exposed to creative meetings and learn the processes of film music making from inception to release of film. Various project-related tasks will be delegated to support our team for the duration of the internship.

The Daily
-Attend bi-weekly staff music meetings
-Read scripts and complete music breakdowns
-Research publisher and recording ownership on songs requested for clearance
-Assist with project specific tasks from the Water Tower Music group
-Compiling and distributing music playlists
-Gather updated rosters of composers, artists, songwriters, music producers, music editors, label talents, music supervisors

The Essentials
-Must be computer literate and proficient in MS word, Excel, Mac, Adobe Acrobat
-Must be able to maintain confidential information
-Must be able to prioritize tasks
-Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-A passion for music and film a plus
