ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Register customers and vendors in the system.
• Analyze the credit worthiness of customers consulting CNPJ/CPF, SERASA, Federal Authorities, etc.
• Analyze the degree of risk and establishing credit limits
• Banking interface, imputing customer payments in the A/R system.
• Collection contact with customers.
• Do reconciliation of the outstanding balance with the customers.
• Communicate with internal customers (commercial managers and other departments).
• Follow-up on pending items with collection agencies.
• Communication with home office about general Credit & Collect customers information.
• Act as SAP-SCM role for Corporate Finance proposal.

Education

College Student in Accounting

Knowledge / Skills

MS Office (Excel is mandatory)

Intermediate to advanced English
