The Job:

The Procurement & Supply Chain Graduate Interns will support Warner Bros. Discovery's teams with the sourcing and distribution of new products and services. Daily activities may include the following:
• Helping to resolve issues with content & workflows for all types of content, problem solving and escalating problems as and when required.
• Documenting new workflows and project work .
• Providing active support to team members as part of the department's activities .
• Conduct market research to support department projects.
• Onboard new suppliers for multiple business units including Warner Bros., CNN, and HBO.
• Evaluating the data access suppliers will have and the risk they pose to the business
• Handling confidential information surrounding purchases, new suppliers, licenses, and scripts being purchased. Including contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements and Conflict of Interest Forms.
• Managing supplier relationships daily to ensure that deadlines are met.

The Essentials:
• You must be a recent university graduate, having graduated no earlier than July 2019.
• Problem solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Well organised and disciplined with the ability to plan and prioritise workload effectively.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under time pressure.
• Ability to communicate with people confidently at all levels in a professional and mature manner.
• Keen to learn about technical software applications.

The Internship:
• Salary: £26,000
• Contract Length: 12 months
• Start Date: Likely to be 15th August 2022
• You will gain hands-on experience working on business-critical projects. 
• You will have to opportunity to network and build relationships with professionals, executives, and other students passionate about their field. 
• You will work with industry professionals to best position yourself for a full-time position upon graduation/completion of internship. 
• You will be enrolled on our Early Careers learning & training programme, as well as having access to personal and professional development courses, executive speakers' series, special screenings and more.
