The Job:
• As the Marketing & Publicity Graduate Intern, you will play an integral role in this small team. During your time will be split between marketing and publicity on Film (cinema and Home Entertainment) as well as Games.
The Daily:
• Working closely with the UK marketing and publicity teams, support the development of creative marketing campaigns for film and gaming releases.
• Work with Irish media agency on role out of media campaigns in Ireland, supporting the team on campaign reporting.
• Work on team planning and execution of events, press screenings, and premieres – working with the relevant suppliers, managing RSVP lists, ticketing distribution.
• Working with publicity on maintaining up-to-date media and invite lists.
• Work with digital team and agency on building Warner Bros. social presence.
• Carrying out day-to-day admin tasks to support department.
Note: Due to the nature of this work you will be required to work at evening/weekend events.
The Essentials:
• You must be a recent university graduate, having graduated no earlier than July 2019.
• Well organised and disciplined, with the ability to prioritise workload and use time effectively.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and work with limited supervision.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Digital savvy, with understanding of social media platforms.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• An interest in the media industry.
The Internship:
• Salary: EUR 28,000
• Contract Length: 12 months
• Start Date: Likely to be 15th August 2022
• You will gain hands-on experience working on business-critical projects.
• You will have to opportunity to network and build relationships with professionals, executives, and other students passionate about their field.
• You will work with industry professionals to best position yourself for a full-time position upon graduation/completion of internship.
